How balanced is the multiplayer now?

  • It's solid enough and balanced in Arena depending on two things. If you're lucky enough to connect to a local server great, and if your team stays in, too many Arena games end 4 v 3 or 2 or 1. Don't know why they never gave us the regional servers the said we would bet after the beta, and why there's no team v team matching or jip in Arena is beyond me.

  • They balance it to a degree. Obviously it'd be crap if one character completely shit on the rest. But the multiplayer still revolves around getting to most OP gear and build to decimate everyone that isn't as geared up as you.

  • Because the other starting weapon can out preform the other, in the case that it's perfect kill time is a lot smaller, and is a lot easier to use with a large cone of fire. Balance shouldn't be everything is equal, even the easy weapons, but that's exactly what Halo 5 is doing.
