I'm so close to tier 12 it's insane, btw I recommend using the Ishtar commander app, in the settings you can activate "armor grades" it grades your armor, bronze is capable of tier 11 with all other items being silver, silver is capable of tier 12 with all other items being gold (not all the time but mostly) and gold is capable of tier 12
