If it's something searchable on YouTube, it's probably not an every match kind of occurrence. In fact, when I watch see throwing knife kills on YouTube, they are usually in montages where the creator feels as though single precision kills with the knife at fusion rifle range are special enough to save and share. Let's face it, throwing knives CAN kill at long range, but they are most effective (and therefore common) at a range comparable to Warlock melees. And even then, it takes a lot more accuracy, which is why people are rarely killed by them compared to other subclasses' melees.
