Sepiks Prime was a fallen servitor. Why would they refer to it as depraved? Also what secrets would it have about the Traveller that it wouldn't have already shared? Servitors serve a similar function for the fallen as the Warminds did for humanity, so it makes sense they would call Rasputin (or any other warmind) a Servitor.
