I bought the extra 25 level Titan pack but it wasn't given
So I bought a level 25 Titan pack off the Xbox store and it charged my card and I wasn't given the item and I didn't delete any characters I created new ones right before the purchase this is making very mad because I wasted 30 dollars and have gotten nothing from it
