I had a pdx45 order from a few weeks ago and yesterday he had one with counterbalance, max stability and 36 round mags.
It's on my warlock if you want to take a look. It's a beast.

Yes. It's amazing. Grasp of malok is better with the right roll but considering how hard it is to find one, I'd say the pdx 45 is the best obtainable pulse rifle in the game.
