A slight increase to range and stability.
It is an exotic, yet the Hung Jury, along with others, basically out class it.
You can run agressive ballistics to help but because the base stability and range are a little to low. Id say maybe 2-5 points of range and 5-10 for stability would put in an actual position of a true exotic.

Decent in PvE. PvP not so much.

Edited by Cleat: 5/22/2016 3:06:42 AMIn its current state, it's a tier 3 (lowest exotic). Combine the two perks into one, and you've got a decent exotic perk. Overall the gun performs exceptionally well however. I had a conversation with a clan mate just the other day. He was bashing the weapon. To a degree it was warranted. But I wanted to play devils advocate. So I pulled it from the vault and play tested for the rest of the day. It performed well right from the start. And that's attributed to the middling base stats. (Slightly better range and stability than Tlaloc). It doesn't scream exotic to most ppl because the perks don't really affect the weapon, they augment your playstyle. It's also a bummer that the perks are split, and one of them promotes body shots. A scout rifle should promote precision. It's unfortunate the two perks aren't one solid exotic perk on a solid balanced weapon. I'm developing some footage on it for an update weapon review for a friend. Tldr; combine perks and it would be fine. Base stats perform well however.

I say give it void damage and firefly

1 ReplyI hate the sights would use it if I could change them .

3 RepliesEdited by KannibalKlown: 5/20/2016 1:20:36 AMHonesty. I'd probably use it a lot if the sights were just a little cleaner

4 RepliesProblem is exotics are not rare. Everyone has them because of the broken loot system
-
Definitely needs a rework :/ not exotic IMO
-
This gun definitely requires a rework. Just two things needed to be done (in my opinion): 1) increases armor for a few seconds after precision kill; 2) assist increases agility. If these bonuses combined into one perk, the rifle will gain at least some popularity.

3 RepliesCombine both exotic perks into one. Take of unflinching and give it something better like counter balance. Fix the scope. It sucks
-
bump!!! I want to use this more but can't justify it, especially for exotic slot so far all good suggestions!
-
Yeah its trash even some blue weapons are better then it
-
BG is garbage. The gun should at least have a void burn on it.
-
I agree. Make it happen!

Edited by Prof Sheitbag: 5/20/2016 1:51:47 PMAs a Hunter, I find the gun useless. I usually run decent agility regardless of class, so my armor takes a hit. That is fine - it is what the class is designed for, and I love it. But giving me a gun that rewards me with a redundant stat on precision kills does me no good. Whenever I use the gun, I find the armor perk works better for me, but then I have to play outside of my natural state and not aim for the head just to make use of the exotic perk.
-
yeah this is a bit lackluster... I was excited when I got it, but it quickly fell behind almost everything else I have. Its a shame, really, every other primary exotic I have gets more use.
-
It's almost an amazing scout rifle. The aim assist is really nice but I agree needs some tuning but it's not far off.
-
Actually it might not need the range increase (the aim assist from that increase would be nice though) id say actually only 5-7 for stability.
