Titans are great in PvP if used right. Save your slam and use Twilight Garrison for mobility. The best thing to become better at PvP is mobility and Titans are extremely good at moving around the map if built correctly.

I do that, but blink/shadestep is more effective tbh.

Depends on your style. But yes I agree I wouldn't mind a Titan buff.
