If the upgrade actually does something and you can just add it to your system, it would be decent, especially if it's much cheaper than a whole new console. Sony is just milking fans for their money with this idea of a new console. It would only be useful for those that haven't purchased a ps4 yet. But hey, people are stupid and very poor with their money, Sony will make a lot more money guaranteed unless it's crazy expensive.
