Very nice. However, you need RNG on your side to rank up fast. I'm collecting the Jovian armor on my Titan. Just need the helmet! Come on, RNG.

Any activity really. Level 36 strikes seem to pop more often, but that's just me. Try using a vanguard booster. Maybe it'll help.

Seems like it depends on your light level. Ranks you up a couple of levels at a time.. and of course you need some luck as well.
