To be 34 without TTK and have no Legends.. You mustve used the lvl 25 Increase buff or bought the instant lvl 30 package. I got a few legendaries at 26-30. So, ya.

You realize 34 was the cap before ttk right? In theory any amount of time grinding will eventually get you to your cap.

Possibly, but still seems unlikely that he has 0 legendaries regardless of what version of the game he's running anyway..to go that long with absolutely nothing to really show for it? That's either superbly unlucky or total b8.

I don't think it's either, I believe that the game will not drop legendaries to guardians who are not at level 40. Up until 40 all you will get is green and blue shit.

Yeh he still has to have the update to play the game, we are all on the same version or you just wouldn't be able to access the server.

And because of that he can't find legendary's as stated above, legendary's cannot drop since year 1 gear was taken out of the loot table unless you are doing a raid or PoE

And again..only if you have TTK. He claims to be playing the game as it was in Year 1.
