You need to ban people who mess with people's routers to get them kicked offline. I was playing trials a few hours ago and me and my friend both got disconnected from a game because we were winning 3-0. I have not been able to get back onto the Internet since that game and have had to set up my phone as a personal wifi just so I can do my work. This bullshit is outrageous, if you're to much of a -blam!-ing scrub to win a -blam!-ing game of trials without cheating, don't -blam!-ing play it. Just because my team was going to win I have to deal with this bullshit and I might even need a new router. The troubleshoot was unable to be any assistance and the fact that this shit can even -blam!-ing happen makes me want to put destiny down for good. Peoples real lives should not be getting affected over some bullshit game. Bungie really needs to fix this because it's not the first time I've been disconnected by people because they're losing. Normally I can sign right back on but in this particular case I have had no luck at all and dont see anything changing any time soon. I can't even access my wifi on any phones or computers. Please do something about this I rely on my internet connection for mostly everything and this could seriously screw me over. Don't be a -blam!-ing sore loser it's -blam!-ing trials suck it up and take the -blam!-ing loss like a man.

Hello, When you believe someone is cheating the best thing you can do is use the in-game Report Player function: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12960 Additionally, you may report them here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967 Bungie actively investigates network manipulation and other forms of cheating. We will continue to monitor game performance for people abusing the system and enforce our policies. We regularly address players who we have confirmed are cheating in one form or another. Rest assured that we will continue to do so. Thank you for reporting your experience and helping make Destiny a better community.

Edited by CamTfirefox: 3/22/2016 8:13:28 AMHey Fresh, Sorry to hear this happened, this is an issue far from Bungies reach. Players IP's can be obtained easily on the internet, not just Destiny. This is an issue people can run into unfortunately when going online. Is your router still not functioning properly? Leave it unplugged for 5 minutes to do a hard reset. If it's still not working you'll have to contact your ISP and have them renew your IP. Bungie takes network manipulation very seriously and try their best to punish players as quickly as they can.

6 RepliesEdited by Majora: 3/22/2016 6:11:49 AMHello, Please take their names off of this post ASAP. Naming and Shaming is against the Bungie Code of Conduct. Please remove their names from your post or else your thread might get taken down and you'll be subjected to punishment. I'm sorry, all you really can do is just Report them.
