When did you start getting purple drops, iam level 25 and only seen a useless purple mod

Look at the perks on your gear. You need the scavenging perk to get a decent amount of purple drops. If you don't have any on your gear. Unlock the recalibration perk in tech wing. You can reroll your gear for credits. I have 80% on my gear when I was level 26, had about two to three purples drop for an hour of play. That's in PvE, in the DZ I would get 10+ purple items for an hour of play.

Dude! Thanks man didn't even think about that , sucks u juz made me have a slow day at work now :) ,all I did is glance at stats , I heard of scavenger perk but I didn't kno it actuly in the recal.

No problem. Mondays are always slow for me, lol. Some gear won't be able to get that perk, just need to look through your items. Obviously it's best to have purple gear because they have more perks and are easier to get a roll that you want. Again obviously the higher the better, but as long as you get something in there it'll be alright.

I had a few purple due blueprint but there pretty much obslelte so now iam bak to blues .. I can still reroll the blues right?

There will be a list of [b]possible[/b] perks you can roll for. The credits required are near the bottom. It's in a weird format though it'll have your credits in bold then the needed amount, like this -> [b]107,000[/b]/1200. You'll hold whatever button it tells you to and then the [b]possible[/b] list will turn into the ones you rolled. You can either pick a new one out of the list or cancel and try again.

It isn't that rare of a perk, but it is in a certain perk group that sometimes isn't on gear. The two times I rolled for it it was one of 7 possible choices. I was able to roll 5 of those choices. The precent is also rolled, but it's a set amount. Ex. I rolled a gas mask to have scavenging. It was the one with the 7 possible outcomes for the roll. The % on it was between 17%-28%. I rolled it with 24%.

Around level 25, bosses will start dropping loot that is purple.

Bosses in side missions as well? Or just the story ,

In the darkzone almost everything drops superior and mission bosses drop some as well, there is a low chance for other enemies to drop it but it has happened.
