I'm guessing they need this as an incentive to buy the game... since I think everyone thought the beta was... [i]subpar[/i].

It wasn't even that, they used a really old build of the game to test it, instead of using their current build for it they just flat out released a beta that felt more like a Ps2 FPS game. They should've kept it closed but they decided to give two free codes to xbox owners and a free sign-up that never reached it's limit, everyone with an X1 got to play it and they threw a version that wouldn't work as intended and then they just said "it was an old build".

Edited by Tu Chocolate Caliente: 3/2/2016 7:51:13 PMThey supposedly confirmed that it was apparently "an old build of the game" exactly when articles about how the beta was dissapointing players started appearing. It was during the last days of the beta, as people where already complaining on their forums and on other sites with communities. I don't know if there will be an actual better version of the game but i hope they do, because everyone is seeing it as a really ugly downgrade.
