it is not cheating or an exploit, it is the exotic perk of the weapon and is totally fair.

The exotic perk on icebreaker is to switch to a thousand yard stare and have your ammo? Wow. That's pretty awesome. If your gonna use icebreaker go for it. Don't exploit it for ammo for your 1000 yard.

People change weapons to have full ammo

I know, I've always done it in PvE and PvP for a long time, it is very useful. If they want to fix it then they'd have to make it so that you lose all special ammo on weapon switches when dead.

No cause the icebreaker doesn't technically use ammo. Not like invective. It's taking non-ammo and making ammo. At an alarming rate! It's definitely unfair
