They can release more DLC, like just throw in some more missions to add onto the origional story and what not. Hell, they could even release an alternate ending for the following where[spoiler]You don't die/turn into a Volitile, you actually find a cure[/spoiler]

All I have left in The Following is get lvl 250 in Legendary Ranks. I turned in over 10000 relief packages on nightmare mode and only went up to lvl 20 so now I'm torn on IF I even want to grind it out... I don't even have any quests left to do in the game
