Eh, I can kind of understand it, but imagine the Sisters part of the Raid. Idk. There are solutions but it'll take a bit to find the right one.

The way they could fix it properly would be to make all other weapons have a flinch type perk. I know some weapons have the perk Oversized Rounds but it doesn't really do anything to Snipers.
