If this doesn't work uninstall the app and reinstall it. If this doesn't work make sure you phone software and app is up to date.

Thanks, but I've tried the above steps. Nothing works, I still get the exclamation mark. I've checked, and it says this app is compatible with my device. My Android is 4.4.2. Do you know what phones are supported for 3D viewing?
