In my opinion, mida is the poor man's tlaloc. It can 4 shot kill to the head at a very quick time. Compared to the archetype of scouts like hung jury, it can 4 shot kill but slower. I honestly think mida needs to move up to that type of scout or move down to the inward lamp archetype. Tlaloc is fine bc it is a trade off. No super to active over flow. As for the thorn, get rid of it. 3 body shot kill with no headshot? We are lucky its not in year 2 but there is still people using it.

Also mida increases movement speed making the people using it harder to hit .

yea but you have to remember tlaloc is warlocks only so if i chose that i'd be leaving out titans and hunters, and what makes the mida so good is the ability to make your self such a hard to hit target because of extra agility to strife. you don't get get that with other scout rifles, and because the strifing ability, it increases your survivability, which is probably more valuable than having a slightly faster time to kill
