What happens if you mess up because of somebody else but is not doing their job when it's not always apparent of that other person isn't doing the job

I could see the ogres nuking someone, likely the relic runner, if they were not dealt with. Not the relic runners fault per se.

I know but the problem is who's to say who's at fault? The guy on ogre duty not killing him fast enough or the relic runner for just sucking?
