Far to well thought out for a real life quest. If it does come it will be...
- Do a strike on a harder difficulty
- Collect parts from patrol
- Maybe do some crucible
- Finish with another harder strike
- wait a week and speak to the vanguard quartermaster
- wait until arms day and speak to the gunsmith
- get weapon

Don't forget the part that requires you to spend an absurd amount of a resource (relic iron, glimmer, marks, ect.)
