A bot in the room that watches players, if your connection is constantly dropping and rising kick them and temporarily ban them.
3× kicks = permanent ban damn bungie, what are all the programmers for?

And for the people that have this happen and it's not always their fault. Ban someone from content they paid their own cash on to buy? That's like paying for the game and all dlc and only get the vanilla destiny instead... I understand if they are cheating( i.e. lag switch, ping hacks....)
