As for your question, if there are Emblems and Shaders you have not been able to acquire (Suros, napal, Beta, Alpha, First week etc) then I'm afraid you won't be able to get them as they were limited time events, and Bungie will not be selling them. There are still a lot of shaders and emblems that can be acquire through playing Destiny itself.
