Why is Counter Clockwise so hard to grasp!?!?
Seriously, I don't know how else to explain and people still go the wrong way.
I know we are a digital world but come on!
Edit: glad I'm not the only one having this issue and some good ideas on how to get around the issue.
Edit 2: you guys are hilarious!
Edit 3: best solution yet, keep middle of map to your left (hope they know left)

I simply tell new people left from where the relic spawns.

It really should only have to be explained once. You don't even need to use any specific term. Have people near the platform then call out the order. Tell them you always jump on after player X, unless the relic is over your platform. If someone struggles put them on add/ogre duty.

10 RepliesSo kids these days don't know to read a non digital clock. No biggie. Who needs to know what time it is when you've been taught how to be offended by food, shirts, flags and other such menacing objects. What could possibly go wrong with a generation or two making decisions based solely on emotions and feelings?

if you are running the raid then just call out the jump sequence for the people to jump. Its really not hard at all if the person leading the raid does there job.

When it's your first time you can understand the struggle... but not understanding what counter clockwise is something else. I've beat the raid twice. One with people who didn't explain it, they just carried me through (they explained everything else), and a group who had no idea what they were doing. 1 hour vs. 4 hours. I've had the DLC a week and already understand more than people who have had it for a month. Lol

See, kids these days use digital clocks. They don't know how to grasps the concept of clock hands moving the opposite way they normally do, because they don't even know what clockwise is. Heh.

Ha. I just did King's Fall earlier this weekend for the first time, and when it got to counter clockwise, it wasn't hard to understand. Sigh... schools these days. I'm glad I learned this stuff before they shut it all down.
