No but unlike Destiny all of Guardians DLCs and such are free. It will come just not right away and you won't have to pay another dime to get everything.

Im not really bummed out by it because i will be playing matchmaking for a long time but my friend who complains about everything will most likely drop the game the first week. He only cares about forge and campaign he doesnt like halo pvp.
