Fabian is actually not bad it's good, it's hard to notice it's rate of fire change because it's rate of fire is already pretty high, but I definitely notice the change in its stability and handling

It's been tested the boost is negligible, it should be better. Ever used Tlaloc? That boost is insane, fabian strats exotic perk is bad compared to other 2 class exotics
