So if you're rank 1, does he give you guns when you buy the packages? Because I haven't gotten anything since the update came.

Yes the higher the rank, the more packages you can buy and more choices of which weapons. You can choose rank 3 net 3 different weapons etc.

I'm rank 1, I have bought a package from him each week and the next Wednesday I don't get anything for it.

You should get at least one gun, my titan is rank 1 and gets one.. hmmm

I haven't got a single one from him. I bought the suros package last week an this Wednesday he didn't have anything for me. I havent tested a single weapon since when I bought the first package and didn't revive my weapon. I haven't complained nor am I, I'm just wondering am I doing something wrong or... Am I just not receiving my gun?

Rank one and if you have a package then go and talk to him on the next wed or later. He should give you your gun.
