On top of that, there are all the quest lines to complete. You have the crucible quest, the gunsmith quest, Quests for each of the factions, Petra has a loooooong quest (this was talked about on the PD podcast), Eris will have a quest, etc etc.
There is so much to do beyond what has been listed.

If Petra's quest does not include sleeping with Petra, then it's not worth it.
