Remove skolas from triumphs
It's because it takes to long for the average gamer to stay online constant for that amount of time. Bungie are forcing players to sit through hours of non stop gaming. Be serious guys if you haven't got a spare few hours your not getting your year one emblem even though most of us have probably spent over £100 on bungee this year. Personally as a dad with kids and a job it's becoming impossible to find the time to complete this.

It can be a grind, especially with a group from the forums who haven't played together and no one has completed it before. If you get unlucky or don't have the tactics right during the special objective (defuse mines when I did it) you can get a few wipes I guess you know that because you have the completion now Do you need help with the golden chests? :-)

I am not sure how Skolas is hard? It just timing like any other boss fight. Just make sure you wipe the ads and get the timing of the mines down. Skolas himself is nothing. My group just bounces between two spots to avoid Skolas while killing the ads. We found out having 2 titans makes mines a breeze with 2 bubbles though. Also, round 4, just camp on waves 2 and 3 with shotguns to kill the target instantly.

I've beaten the entire prison of elders on level 35 in under 1 hour before, not a huge devotion of time with the right teammates really.

I have done 34 many times (practice) and am in no way an elite or amazing player but I was able to beat skolas in 1-1.5 hours! Perhaps two titans and a warlock was a good fit or I just got lucky...

Check you tube for sure fire strats shouldn't take more then an hour for full play through add 20 mins per wipe

I've done the whole 6 rounds in 66 minutes before with only 1 ghally as well...its all about team work and having the right weapons for the task..the difference is you can't really carry a player through skolas like you could a raid so poor players will struggle big time (not saying I'm great either)

The definition of triumph is "a great victory or achievement" Skolas is kind of destiny's version of that so stop whining and just don't do it
