needs more base damage as the vestian dynasty preforms better because it hits harder, also the exotic perk does not work........
but it is fun to use in crucible

The thing is it's easier to land the two shots on the VD than it is to land a burst with Dreg's promise. I don't think the base damage is the problem, it kills fast enough. If I were able to change anything I would give the DP a maximum base stability to compensate for its harder to hit shots and then replace perfect balance with send it. It might be a little too strong if those changes were to actually happen though

all it needs is a larger clip a lot of stability, a faster reload and i'd be golden
