Cabal Actually Good Guys?
With the info from the grimoire and the trailer for TTK could the cabal be in the same situation as us?
Could they be against the darkness like us?

1 ReplySometimes the enemy of my enemy is not my friend. The fact is Oryx is probably so powerful that Humanity, Fallens and Cabals should make an alliance to survive to that threat. It's specially true about Fallens and Humans, their both almost extinct, making peace is a question of survive.

5 RepliesForget the Cabal, I personally believe the Fallen are the innocents in all this. They've been pushed around and tormented, living in scraps and eating scraps, even Variks in multiple grimoire feels bad for them.

4 RepliesI know they aren't bad guys. The Fallen fell to the Traveler and have chased it so it can't harvest from another species. Cabal probably wish to use the Traveler as part of their arsenal. The Vex have lived for millions of years and worship the darkness, I think they know what they're doing. The Hive are blessed with the powers of the Darkness, just as we are with the Light. The Speaker holds secrets he doesn't want us to know.

We aren't evil. The fallen aren't evil either. We cabals and fallen are facing a collapse much like you humans. We are only here to share the light with you and defend ourselves. We cabals are here for 2 reasons, well 1 main reason. We are here to share the light with you guardians, so we can build a bigger empire, and fight the vex. The vex, they work along with the darkness. Our real enemies. We wanted to be mutual, we do our own thing, you do our own thing, and fight off the darkness together with our joined forces. They have been the bad guys in two expansions (TDB and TTK), so I think it is likely that they are very close to the Darkness. Either direct allies or servants. Also in the TTK, the Taken are made up of all the other species. The Fallen and the Cabal are victims who the Darkness has pushed our way. They are fighting for survival. The Vex are more of a mystery. I think they might be potential allies fighting the Darkness by altering time. The Vex might even be agents of the Traveler. Just a few thoughts.

I believe the cabal and fallen join to take down the hive that's probably a good reason why we haven't seen the cabal anywhere else but mars hopefully with this dlc they'll explain more about what's going on
