Why are you worried? Except for Skolas, nothing good drops from the Prison Chest anyway.

I got it from dragon strike

It only drops from Dragons, and the Prison Chest only drops Queen weapons and occasionally Exotics.

The only time I got a key apart from the first one was from PoE 28 chests.
