Sounds completely broken and way overpowered in terms of pvp and pve .__.

basically plant it when heavy drops to tank rockets, pick it up when rockets are gone. wipe enemy team, proceed to not lose super energy, continuously wipe team. win match in 4 minutes.

How so? What abilities would you use for that. You realise there's no defence buff right?

i feel like it is a little over powered with the ratios he provided, but the base ideas are an incredible base. if bungie took all these ideas, but dealt with the strength on their own end, this could be an amazing subclass.

How so? PVE wise it's a mob sweeper or a boss killer. Not both. It couldn't do both as it would not deal enough damage trying.
