The Red Hand on my warlock is what you should aim for.
Buy the gun from the NM vendor when HoW drops and roll for these perks. PVE wise.

No problem. :) And yeah I feel you. Scouts used to my thing until I got Fatebringer. I always used the Vangaurd A1 with firefly. But now the only scouts I use are Fang and VoC. And Praedyth's Timepiece is a BEAST.
