how do you get in, didn't they put a barrier? please explain, I'd like to try it out.

You climb the stuff on the wall to the left of the barrier and jump over it into the lift

i tried that. never could make those jumps on those tiny landing areas. i barely made the first one. The best i got was too the second jump.
