So you're blaming the victim of the crime instead of the criminal. That's like saying by going to a party and behaving a certain way you ask for bad things to happen to you. Blame the real person at fault here, not the kid.

  • Well to use your analogy. Say you're hosting a house party and there's some guy who's taking everyones beers, harassing girls and just being annoying in general. Finally some drunk guy punches him in the face. As the host do you: a) kick both of them out because they're both terrible guests b)kick out the guy who punched only but tell the other guy to start behaving or he'll get kicked out too c)kick out the guy who punched and then give the other guy plenty of beers and give him the phone numbers of all the girls d)Do nothing I'd say A and B would be good choices but from what I hear it's looking like C. Apparently there were people helping him get armor from the raid but they were cheesing and glitching to do so. I don't think he should have been banned because he's a kid and just tried to cheat but the moral of this story seemed to be it's ok to cheat. Loosing all his gear sucks but it's a consequence of his actions and teaches a harsh life lesson about taking shady shortcuts. Instead he gets all kinds of positive attention for it and gets to earn some good gear through non-legitimate means.

  • No it's like trying to buy weed and getting heroine turn you OD and die. It was wrong of you to buy the drugs but it was really wrong for that dealer to sell you the wrong ones. they are both at fault the kid was trying to cheat and got screwed.

  • The kid is to blame, he wanted to get something the easy and cheap way, he went full tard to ask a stranger to help him out with a "cheat" and he got what his naive a$$ desserved.... Lesson? Dont let strangers mess with your stuff.

  • Look deep inside sir. Who said yes. The man didn't force him to do anything. The kid made the choice, the man took advantage of that choice. Kids fault. Man was a butt. Both were wrong.

  • Exactly. Both were wrong. The kid shouldn't be rewarded by the game. He faced his consequences. Kirmit should be banned because of his consequences.

We've gone around about this before. It doesn't have to be illegal for him to be banned. He can be banned for any reason or no reason. Doing something wrong, especially doing something wrong repeatedly, is sufficient reason to be banned.

  • So you'd say the same thing to the kids who are coerced into kidnapping? Or are sold as human traffiking merchandise, because their parents believe they will send them back money or become more prosperous? Same case with them. They searched for what they wanted and ended up being coerced and cheated. Clearly it is their fault for wanting to better themselves, even if the means were a little questionable. Unless of course you have a heart and realize that the victim who is unable to make an informed choice and safeguard their property is not at fault.

  • Did those things happen over the internet? Did the kid get kidnapped? Did the kid get harmed? Did the kid's who got kidnapped say yes?

  • No, they happen, in person, to people all over the world. Look at the construction of the World Cup stadium in Qatar. Nepalese immigrants are told they will be paid high wages and be successful. Instead they are forced into a system of wage slavery where they can't even leave or change jobs without a signature from their employer. Is that immigrant at fault because he accepted the contract though he was lied to?
