1st off, I totally agree! Put a shooting range in there or something, too.
But the bar you mentioned belongs to DeadOrbit. Each faction has a "hangout" place. Future War Cult has that penthouse thingy above DeadOrbit, and New Monarchy has that bonfire with couches.
