Your best RNG moment?
Hey guys! Since my thread [b]"worst RNG moment"[/b] did so well, i thought i would make a similar one where we can all share that one awesome moment we've had when RNG worked totally in our favor for once!
[b]Mine:[/b] Back when people were just learning about how awesome Heart of the Praxic Fire was, i wanted it so bad! One week i saw Xur had an exotic chest engram for sale, but it would cost every last mote of light that i had. I figured "what else would i spend them on anyway" and impluse bought the engram. I got it decrypted and sure enough out of all the exotic torsos out there i got the one i truly wanted! That was my first Heart of the Praxic Fire 1.0! :)

This weeks raid on my hunter was worst rng ever followed by my best ever. I got nothing but shards all the way to Oryx then Oryx dropped me a 320 helm, 316 pulse, 310 Hereafter, 311 Doom and 311 fusion rifle. I was -blam!-in shocked I got so many drops.

Sorry for the long post, but I had to share the whole story. First exotic I ever recieved, playing Crota. Had the game for about a week, didn't even know what exotics were. Got a Suros. Ran the VoG raid the next day, and got an Icebreaker! Again, before I even knew what it was. For year 2, it happened yesterday. RNG hates me MOST of the time, but yesterday was a good day for me. I've been trying to get Bad Juju since year one when I found out what it was. I know it's not the best weapon out there, but it was the one I wanted. So I bought 70 coins worth of 3ofC thinking that maybe I would be able to get it from the 3ofC. Turns out, it's either such a low chance to get it, I have terrible RNG or it's not in the loot pool. Crap. Ok, get more Strange Coins and HOPE I get it from the Legacy Primary that Xur has this week. Ran PoE for the coins, recieved Truth from the big chest my first try! Bonus! So, I ran PoE for a while, and when I thought I had enough coins, I ran back to the tower, and... 30 coins. Woops. I had one rare heavy engram, thinking ok... Maybe I'll get lucky and get a Strange Coin out of this and save me the run through PoE again. BAM- Strange Coin! Ok, now I have a 20% CHANCE to get the exotic I want. Bought the Legacy from Xur, decoded it, and BAM Bad Juju! Never had anything work in my favor like this since I started playing the game.

First time doing 28 PoE, I got my first exotic, icebreaer, it was 3 am and we were all tired. At that point one of my friends rage await as he got hardlight

Best time RNGesus has praised me was on single crota run throughout the whole raid I got an icebreaker a ship 2 shaders 3 raid primaries, 3 raid armor pieces and an exotic armor I forget which one possibly my first Light Beyond Nemesis. Other than that my beat RNG has been since TTK dropped as I had some of the worst luck in year one

I think mine has to be my first hard mode VOG, at Atheon I got the vex and suros (back when it was a pvp God) I think that's the only time I've received 2 exotics at the same time

Very 1st time i did hm vog i got the vex at the time i thought it was normal thing to happen ( vex dropping at 1st hm completion ) til a rather salty fireteam member said he had done hm 14 times ( so far at the time ) and still hadnt got the vex To take the pee even further we did another hm with different characters and i got the vex a 2nd time and the other guy didnt he rage quit after i suggested doing a 3rd run

When poe first started lvl 28 poe chest gave me my first gally Or the week where i got the hawk moon from nightfall and truth from crucible on the ssme day. I was like whaaaaaaat

The night before it was nerfed to only give mats, I got my very 1st Gally from the 1st chest in the Crota Raid. I had 20 minutes to burn and thought what the hell, I'll see if the chest is there. Jumped down and wouldn't you know, the chest was at the 1st door. I opened it and there it appeared in all its glory. Gjallerhorn!

Everytime I play Valus Ta'aurc as the Nightfall is my best RNG moment.
