Serious question, why are things like War Thunder and Blacklight only on PS4?
There are a lot of PC games being ported to the PS4, but not the Xbone. Planetside 2, War Thunder, Warframe, Blacklight Retribution etc etc.
Why aren't they also going on the Xbone? Srs question, I don't care about fanboying or the like. Just wondering why they aren't <.<

PS2 is a Sony game. That answers that. The others are either down to deals made by Sony, or the developers just choosing to go with Sony. (Very likely the first reason).

2 RepliesPlanet side 2 is a Sony published game so no chance for that heading to the Xbox 1, the other games are being kept away by the parity clause in the Xbox ID program for self-publishing. Basically if a game is already out then it doesn't qualify for self publishing for release on Xbox 1, which is why a lot of devs want it gone so they can release their games on the console.

Well, Planetside 2 was made by Sony, so Xbox will not be getting that. As for the others, Sony paid to bring them to the console.
