Uh,no.Ulfric,king,hell no.He would be extra suspicious and think that very person that doesn't likes him is the elven spy,not even the imperials should lead,they bow down to the elven,even though the aldmeri dominion is weak after the great war,and elves reproduce slower then humans.A new faction must be made,one where the dragonborn will lead,HURRAH!
