They could delete hunters from the game and it's not going to help you guys lol.

Eh. It needed a nerf
-
And I didn't say it didn't lol. Not even remotely my point.
-
What is ? Bad players finna complain regardless
-
Bad players finna complain regardless
Yes. That is like 80% of my point. The rest is the complaining specifically about hunters, since this person is both celebrating a smoke nerf (which is fine btw, im still gonna play void hunter in pvp to make people like this cry) and also asking for yet another hunter nerf, and I state exactly what I mean in my original comment when speaking to this. They could completely remove the hunter class, and the people complaining about hunters would just get goomba-stomped by titans and warlock all the same.
-
Yeah and it’s funny that hunters also have the worst class ability. All the cooldown nerds have hit it the hardest
-
Edited by Dredgen Truth: 3/14/2025 3:15:17 PMThere was like a week right after rdm got reworked where I didn't need to spec into a dump stat to be able to use my terrible class ability Best week of my life then they complained about it.
-
I use decently high mobility on most of my builds anyway so idc that much
-
Yeah and it's fine. I get it. There's more hunters than anything else by a lot so any time anythingis remotely strong on it, everyone freaks out because it's more prevalent.
-
Plus it’s not even the base dodge. It’s always the aspects or other abilities related to it
-
Yeah I wish they'd have more options, but honestly I just get worried anything new will get nerfed if it's even kinda strong.
-
It defo would like 5 losses in trials this week alone were due to Hunter hard crutchers
-
And those same players would then beat the same people compaining while playing on warlocks and titans. People think it's the class lol, and I just have to be the bearer of bad news. Hell, I'm a better player on my titan, statistically, but Hunter is just so much more fun it's not even close for me, so I play hunter. People keep praying for hunters to be continually nerfed and don't realize they're just going to get stepped on by the same players when they switch to warlock or titan.
-
Edited by ㅤ Avvor: 3/12/2025 4:31:04 PM“don't realize they're just going to get stepped on by the same players when they switch to warlock or titan.” When half of your deaths or more in a match are purely due to either invis or smoke in a 5-4 game yes them being any other class would mean you would win as they’re abilities carried them to victory And I’m saying that a good player not just another one of the rando 0.5 trash cans calling for nerfs for no reason
-
Thanks for proving my point lol. If you think half of your deaths (or more) are "purely" due to invis or smoke....man lol. And you think them being on another class means they wouldn't still kill you? Neither of us are skilled enough players to be calling ourselves good lol, statistically speaking.
-
“If you think half of your deaths (or more) are "purely" due to invis or smoke....man lol. And you think them being on another class means they wouldn't still kill you?” -it’s not thinking it’s knowing when you face triple void hunter you tend to remember how each death involved being hit by a smoke first “Neither of us are skilled enough players to be calling ourselves good lol, statistically speaking.” Wym statistically speaking I’m a 1.73 with a 2.57 seasonal who dropped a 2.57 over 120 games of trials last week if that’s not considered good what is
-
Edited by Duke: 3/12/2025 5:57:12 PM
it’s not thinking it’s knowing
🤣 I believe you believe that, my dude. Just please try to understand that getting hit with a smoke bomb first doesn't mean you were killed "purely" by a smoke bomb and just because you died to an invis hunter doesn't mean you were killed "purely" by invis. But since you asked, a 2+ KD is the line for me, personally. And that is KD, btw, not KAD, because KAD is absolutely hilarious and is about as useful as a football bat. Also, before I get straw manned to hell because I know it's coming, I'm not calling you bad or saying you suck or that you can't have an opinion or any of the mess I assume is going to be extrapolated out of thin air, but that's just where my line is on "good" players., and respectfully, good players don't whine about invis, because it's not remotely difficult to see barring a few very specific spots on maps, which they're looking to address via lighting changes.
-
Hi, 3kd top 0.1% player here. I hate invis hunter and hate smokes and the majority of friends I have done trials carries or played tournaments with (same skill or better than me) all dislike invis and smokes as well. That’s all… carry on.
-
As a hunter who used to main nightstalker, I hate invis too Not because I think it's strong or anything. Against most good players it doesn't do anything. I hate it because what used to be my favorite subclass is now so over-reliant on it that whenever it catches a nerf because people refuse to use their eyes instead of their radar, the subclass falls further and further to the wayside viability wise.
-
It works BEST against good players. The lower the skill level the less the radar is used, radar manipulation is amazing and the strongest metas in the history of pvp are often because of radar manipulation.
-
Edited by Dredgen Truth: 3/14/2025 7:41:59 PMIdk bro, just use your eyes more. If you know an invis is coming then you know your radar isn't gonna be doing it's job, it's not hard to spot a hunter very clearly moving around glowing purple. I think you are just coping, as someone that plays a lot of higher level pvp I think the idea that invis works better in lobbies against higher skilled players is just stupid. If that were true it wouldn't be popular. There aren't that many higher skill lobbies, if it didn't work nearly as well against low skill players (who absolutely do use radar by the way, that's some of the most bs I have ever heard), then it wouldn't be seeing the incredibly high usage rates that it is.
-
Idk bro, just use your eyes more.

I think you are just coping, as someone that plays a lot of higher level pvp I think the idea that invis works better in lobbies against higher skilled players is just stupid.
You're a 1.0 KD player telling me to use my eyes and that you play in "higher skill lobbies" and that's hilarious. I really wonder what's going on in your brain.
-
I said nothing about higher skill lobbies. My k/d is low because I play primarily in trials, no sbmm and i know y'all with your high k/d's you like to flex are going around farming idiots in sixes lobbies. The point being, if I can consistently beat something that you, a supposedly "better" player is having trouble with, skill issue maybe?
-
I said nothing about higher skill lobbies.

as someone that plays a lot of higher level pvp
Interesting....
My k/d is low because I play primarily in trials
I play way more trials and than you and I do carries and I'm not a 1.0 soooooo
The point being, if I can consistently beat something that you, a supposedly "better" player is having trouble with
You're a 1.0 KD with a 50% win rate, you're not consistently beating anything lmao
-
Higher level pvp, meaning trials. There are no "higher level lobbies" in trials because there's no sbmm. You get thrown in the deep end, same as everybody else.
I play way more trials and than you and I do carries and I'm not a 1.0 soooooo
Then you should obviously be playing better than me against those pesky invis hunters, and yet you don't. Hence, skill issue.
You're a 1.0 KD with a 50% win rate, you're not consistently beating anything lmao
I can consistently beat invis, regardless of whatever you think my stats tell you. Almost as if those nice inflated stats of yours don't mean half as much as you think they do.
-
Higher level pvp, meaning trials.
Somehow I knew you would think "higher level pvp" meant trials...
Then you should obviously be playing better than me against those pesky invis hunters, and yet you don't.
Well, according to our stats I do lol
I can consistently beat invis, regardless of whatever you think my stats tell you.
Well if you could, you wouldn't have a 50% win rate...
Almost as if those nice inflated stats of yours don't mean half as much as you think they do.
Can you tell me why you think my stats are inflated?
