Bolt Charge DOES NOT work with Arbor Warden Titan Exotic Chest piece
The issue: When consuming Class Ability to throw barri-nade the barricade that gets created does not produce stacks of bolt charge at all.
Is this Intentional?
This would bring some life to this exotic.
