Patrols should add increase Vanguard reputation.
Patrols need updated to add reputation to the Vanguard, plus scannable objects, and dead ghosts that have lore should be added and brought back to the destinations, it made the destinations worth exploring and a little less dull. Edit even if you guys agree, I don't think it will ever happen.

The locations should continue to be updated just like anything else. Lore based things are a good idea as well as anything else that focuses more on exploration or possibly blends that with some amount of fighting.
