Hey there, the emblem has definitely not yet been added into the game.
I suspect it will be added when Season 23 goes live. Could you check the redemption page again and look for that 'redeem' button again, when Season of the Wish begins.
However as mentioned by viiTactiiCZz, we might even have to wait for a Dec 6th update to add it.
