D1 alpha vet leaving D2
I know many people will laugh but I don’t really care. It’s my opinion which obviously bingos don’t give a damn about.
The new season is mediocre. Nothing to write home about. You have really screwed up resilience. The mods are just rubbish and do not help at all.
Why change something that was not broken. I thrive for end game content and difficult activities but this is just awful.
Instead of listening to people like Datto and Jarv and like minded people, I think you need to sit down and actually listen to the average player that makes up the majority of your audience.
Just utterly disgusted and severely let down

Destiny 1 vets have a right to be angry. We're not just D1 vets, we're old veteran fans, either from Marathon Bungie or Halo Bungie. We're the ones constantly excluded and pushed aside here.

Much of what I didn’t like about D2 wouldn’t exist if not for streamers.

Only a D1 Alpha Vet? My original gamer tag was Atheon, they actually named the VoG boss after me because I tested the raid in 2007. I don’t know if that counts, but how can these guys come from making one of the most successful game franchises in the gaming industry to one of the lamest and emptiest game. If I’m gonna describe a one trick pony, this is it. Hahahahahahaha! I’ve heard they’re making more new games. I bet it would probably be as empty and hollow as this one, or worse, another milking cash cow game that I will never buy. Hahahahahahaha! Welcome to hollowness!

OG here, my former fav game has devolved into a cut-rate button-mashing hamster wheel. New sandbox is okay but gameplay, lore and strand, all beyond the beyond. I don't hamster for anything ...

Okay so the story wasn't as good as Witch Queens. The content itself is still fun, the missions themselves are still exhilarating, and the new power is fun. Is a bad story really THAT much of a deal breaker? Did no one enjoy that final stand with Caiatl with those sick drums throughout everything? We've had Dark Below, Shadowkeep and Beyond Light. Did story carry ANY of those expansions? No. Raids and post campaign content did. I'd argue Lightfall is still fun "play" for the average destiny players atleast but if you truly just don't like ANYTHING about it I can respect that.

4 RepliesNo one will read this but Sometimes, whenever I eat M&Ms, I like to hold two m&m's in between my fingers and squeeze as hard as I can until one m&m cracks. I eat the cracked one, and the one that didn't crack becomes the champion. Then I grab the other m&m, and force it to compete with the champion in this deadly game of m&m gladiators. I do this until I run out of m&m's, and when there is only one m&m left standing, I send a letter to m&m's brand with the champion m&m in it with a note attached that reads: "Please use this m&m for breeding purposes."
