Bungie meta logic.
“Bungie”, we’re not buffing scout rifles because they might become too overwhelming. Instead 120 hand canons which are more powerful than any scout in this game along with shotguns are used by about 95% of the player base in PvP!!! If that’s not overwhelming I don’t know what is.

5 RepliesYou guys have to realize it is not a top tier group at Bungie. I’m sure they are trying but they just don’t have the talent. They are lacking in leadership as well. PVP is an unbalanced unhealthy mode.
