You realise there's only 7% more hunters right? The split is 31/31/38 in terms of population.
Last year Bungue completely screwed the pooch by making hunters need to do double the effort as the other classes. A penatly that was far disproportionate to the actual population sizes.
This year, it's fairer than ever with the losing team getting a 10% gain. How you think hunters winning is toxic is kind of amusing though.
The fact this event is kind of boring is probably the biggest issue. I mean you get your catalist, which takes an hour or two then....what? Grind the same old (smaller) playlists that we have been since forever to do bounties? Yeah, great fun. There's the issue.

They can win and I won't give a crap. I said, some hunters are being toxic in a couple groups im part of so I thought I would come here to the nontoxic players and just have a discussion about the event.

No, those % where crucible numbers, and from 3 years ago. I'm guessing you read the bloggers post.
No, those % where crucible numbers, and from 3 years ago. I'm guessing you read the bloggers post.
They’re actually from this Bungie post. https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/49527

No, those were numbers from a post by Bungie less than a year ago :)

Really unless Bungie releases specific numbers, there's no way to tell. I have all 3 characters, but my Hunter is definitely my main, and it shows in light level. The important part is which chatacter population is the most prevalent over the event. Just because my Hunter has the most playtime history doesn't mean I didn't switch to Titan

Edited by Soul: 4/26/2021 4:29:32 PMThat's based on the last numbers they released, which are admitedly a bit old but still the best indication without any recent info. Paul Tassi did an article on this recently.
-
And you got that info from where?

From the internet.... Paul Tassi did an article on it using info Bungie previously released.
-
Ah, just that's a bold claim with no evidence.
-
Lmao. You clearly didn't even look at the article. It actually links to this very website and a post by Bungie that gives those figures, but yeah.....no evidence indeed. Lol.
-
What article? As I said, you haven't provided any evidence ie a link to said article. You made the claim, you provide the source.
-
I don't have to. I already told you who wrote it, that it's on the internet (suprise!) and that it links to this website. It's up to you if you want to take the time to get the correct info. I'm under zero obligation to go fetch you links, lol.
-
Yeah, that's exactly how a dumb ass would reply. Figures.
-
Oh noes, a rando on the net is being mean....how will I cope??? You're the guy operating under ignorance and getting narky cos I won't spoon feed you some education. The correct info is out there and I've already provided you enough info so you could find it in the time it takes to make your next childish reply or you can continue to be a kid. It's really up to you.
-
Aw don't get too upset. Normal humans provide their own evidence for things, but clearly you can't understand that concept. Good luck in court if you ever need to go, I'm sure your method will work.
-
Are you still whinging? Good god, get a life.
-
Not whinged once, just pointed out your lack of ability to human.
-
Yawn....
-
Past your bed time?

You realise that's over 200000 more players tight that's like going as a team of 5 vs 30

Edited by Bore: 4/26/2021 5:49:25 PM
You realise that's over 200000 more players tight that's like going as a team of 5 vs 30
31% vs 31% vs 38% is closer to 31 vs 31 vs 38.

Assuming every single one of those extra players was playing, and was playing on thier hunter. Also, I think you're being a bit optimistic with overall player numbers. Even if that was the case, which is massively unlikely, the 10% stacking gains would offset that if players were engaging with the event in any meaningful way.
