Hello. Try authorizing through the app instead. You can also try a different browser, private window and clear cache.

Still the same error is popping up. Seems like a glitch to me. It also says I have no characters on my steam account but I do on ps4. Very confusing.

Can you post the Steam ID (start Destiny 2, create a character if you have to, then in the Text chat write /id and copy here the number it gives you )?
