Hi there. I believe I have a major settings issue specifically with my account as it does not happen with my alt account on Steam on the same PC using the same "settings". Whenever I boot my game I am unable to stream or record it anymore- this is incredibly annoying as this means I am no longer able to stream for my own enjoyment with the game I love. To my understanding there are some settings that are not locally stored that get applied just after you 'Sign In' after the opening screen (like fov, mouse settings). Right after this point all my recording and streaming stuff cuts out to a black screen/no screen at all. I have tried desktop, window, etc. recording with software that is all compliant with Destiny (eg Streamlabs). Using the exact same settings as my main account, my test alt account on Steam works without a hitch meaning it is some online setting that I cannot fix. Could I just get some clarification from Bungie if this was a purposeful or mistaken issue? I hate not being able to stream the game.
