Rumble seems to have connection based matchmaking and its okay. Sometime I am getting destroyed not even in top 4 and next one I will stomp. For me its fine with ca 50% quote to get a beast in your lobby and even or where I am the "better" player.
Idk I dont focus on winning in rumble playlist. I use it to get better in situations, where I have to make fast decisions.

No I dont think so, Bungie doesnt play for you. But 50% possibility to get a "win" is fine for me, especially in Rumble.
